Experience
From its inception, Independent Roof Inspection, Inc., IRI, has approached the roofing consulting industry from a hands-on "roofer's" perspective, because there is no degree or license for roofing consultants, and Roofing is an Art as well as a Science.
Our management and field staff have extensive experience and background in roofing and waterproofing system replacement and repair
applications, project and personnel supervision, and management. IRI provides the development of roofing system
specifications, site investigation and inspections, evaluations for diagnosing 'cause of
failure' conditions, and detailing repair and/or replacement analysis with
preventative maintenance schedules and budgets.
IRI has also been performing litigation
support for over a decade as well as performing presentation and training seminars.

We do not accept any gratuities, perks, gifts, contributions or other such gain from manufacturers, contractors or other persons that may be construed as a bribe or ‘favor’ which may intend to enhance, influence or alter our findings or recommendations, or that may compromise our professional judgment in serving the best interest of our clients.
IRI shall exercise unprejudiced and unbiased judgment and conduct when performing all professional services.
