-Site inspection and evaluation of visible roofing and waterproofing conditions.

-Written report with digital images to determine existing conditions and 'cause of loss' determination

-Documentation of existing conditions using digital photographs.

-Footprint drawing of the roof identifying the location of the conditions photographed.

-Written conclusions based on current conditions that address the general serviceability of the roofing, approximate service life remaining, recommendations for repair, restoration and/or replacement. Findings are distinguished between wear and tear issues, construction defect or negligence, and/or sudden failure from natural or accidental causes.

-Not to exceed figures are provided for applicable repair, restoration and/or replacement requirements.
