Cindy Thames, Property Adjuster
DMA Claims Service
San Francisco
..I have come to rely on IRI. They are well experienced in knowing what property adjusters need in the way of information. And their reports! One flip through an IRI report will tell me instantly if the damage is or is not storm related, whether it is a sudden and accidental damage or wear and tear, where exactly the water is going through the roofing materials and why, whether the damage is related to age or construction defect and whether the roof needs repairs or replacement. They will even find conditions that are about to cause a homeowner problems but are not yet. And they provide precise pictures of every detail so nothing is left to question. These pieces of information are invaluable services to any property adjuster.
I cant express enough how much easier IRI makes my job. I would recommend them to anyone who has any kind of roofing concern.
Best,
Cindy Thames
