The goal of our project monitoring services is to work closely with the client and their representatives, the contractor, and the manufacturer to achieve the best possible end result and product performance for the client's building assets. We act as the "eyes and ears" on the job and present real-life solutions for the unique and difficult design, installation, and application problems that may arise. Our services include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

-A preliminary site inspection or job review to determine the scope of work to be performed, the existing conditions present and the unique problems and objectives for the project.

-A pre-job site meeting with all participants to review the details of the work to be performed.

-Provide unannounced progress inspections and written reports for each site inspection.

-Develop a 'punch list,' if applicable.

-Conduct a 'final' inspection upon the completion of the project, verifying correction of 'punch list' items if necessary.
