limited to; rooftop penetrations, equipment & related components,
gutters, skylights, siding and visible decking or similar waterproofing
elements.

of existing conditions using digital images.
-Building
footprint drawing of the roof plan identifying the location
of photographed conditions.
-Written
conclusions based on the findings of our inspection that address
existing conditions, remaining service life projections, scope
of work recommendations for repair, restoration and/or replacement.
-Budgets
for recommended scope of work.
-Options
for replacement materials to assist in the development of specifications,
if applicable.
