IRI provides specifications to provide the best possible material selection and application procedures to meet and/or exceed manufacturer's recommendations. We are not affiliated with any roofing contractor or material manufacturer and write our specifications to provide the best possible finished product within the client's budget and project objectives. Specifications usually follow the outlined steps below:

-Interaction with the client's project management team to develop the objectives and address concerns for the job.

-A site inspection of the existing conditions and components.

-Research and develop recommendations for the best product applications for the existing conditions, taking into account the total building envelope system.

-Develop written specifications for appropriate material(s) including bid documents.

-Perform pre-bid site meeting with invited contractors.

-If requested, provide assistance with contractor selection and evaluation of bids received.
