Dustin Taylor Dustin's roofing and waterproofing experience began as an applicator installing built-up, single-ply membranes, and cold-applied roof coatings on commercial structures, as well as asphalt composition shingles and tile applications on residential buildings. As a Foreman and Project Manager he provided oversight for roofing projects that included both overlay re-roofing and new construction. In 2005 Dustin obtained his California C-39 Roofing Contractor's license focusing on quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction. His industry knowledge, drive and positive attitude are being applied by providing Independent Roof Inspection’s clients with project monitoring inspections, and waterproofing investigations that include ascertaining present conditions, determining the cause(s) and source(s) for water intrusion and weather-related occurrences as well as assessment for fire damage.
Dustin prepares detailed reports
relative to his investigations and inspections, assisting with project
specifications, pre-construction meetings, performing audits of ongoing
construction projects, providing contract administration and enforcement,
product research, and general office support. He
attends seminars
and workshops as presented by the NRCA, National Roofing Contractors
Association and the WSRCA, Western States Roofing Contractors Association as well as various trade shows and conferences presented by professional member organizations. |
