Karin
has been co-managing and administrating alongside the CEO and President
for over 12 years.
Her primary responsibilities are providing financial
reports, bookkeeping and light accounting, which include AR, AP, monthly
P&L statements, balance sheets, payroll, preparation of tax documents,
required federal and state reporting and year-end reconciliation.
Karin administers and performs duties attending to human resource policies,
staffing and assists with the day-to-day management of office and field
staff. She manages and monitors the company's insurance policies, contractual agreements, performs
general office management and administrative duties.
Her p revious experience in the Arts and in Design have contributed to the visual
impact of the company's image and its marketing literature. She enjoys
any opportunity to use her "creative side."
The company's technological systems are overseen by Karin who endeavors to use new innovations to improve and streamline business operations and to elevate the value of our services to clients.
