Sara Campau
Sara joins us from a production and shipping background where she has been able to use her excellent customer service, product and inventory control experience to new uses. Sara will assist clients with order entry and processing, scheduling, dispatching and routing field staff, supporting inspectors while they are in the field, keeping projects and filing organized and maintained, providing database maintenance, and performing publishing tasks.

In addition to our full-time staff, we have two, long-time, associate field inspectors that provide inspections, evaluations, and consulting services as requested when the need arises. Both are seasoned in the construction and waterproofing industries and have been associates with Independent Roof Inspection, Inc. for more than six years.

Mr. Graham Lawler
Graham is an independent associate field inspector who has been contributing his expertise and experience to IRI since 1999.  As a second generation journeyman roofer, general manager, asbestos abatement supervisor, and leak repair specialist, Graham, is an important resource for satisfying client contracts and project monitoring. His multi-talented and varied background also includes hands-on construction and remodel experience as well as computer programing & technical support and web design.

Mr. John Quintal
John has been an independent associate field inspector since 1994.  Mr. Quintal holds a General Contractor’s license (B) in good standing in California and is certified and trained by ITA, Inspection Training Association. He served as a Journeyman Carpenter until he founded HOMESPEC (a home inspection company servicing the real estate industry) and brings a hands-on construction based perspective to his work.  At times, a carpenter’s viewpoint may be different from a roofer's!  Having performed over 2,150 roof inspections to date, he brings extensive and valuable knowledge to our staff and continues his education through seminars presented by the NRCA; National Roofing Contractors Association and WSRCA, Western States Roofing Contractors Association, ASHI; American Society of Home Inspectors, and other trade-related organizations.
